I’ve been working in fitness and nutrition for 6  years and I LOVE it.  What drives me is helping people set and accomplish their goals.   Over the next 8 weeks, we will work on your nutritional goals.  My philosophy is that “slow and steady wins the race” with weight loss.  Be patient.  Adherence to a plan is much more effective if your goals are realistic.  This is not a “quick fix” diet plan that will be nearly impossible to stick with long term.  Instead, I will help you create a sustainable plan for your lifestyle. One of my greatest strengths is CHEERLEADING.  I will be your biggest supporter and advocate throughout this process.  I will provide positivity and encouragement when you feel frustrated.  I will be here for you!
